This milestone represents a significant step forward in TAICO’s mission to build a community of practice around AI and cybersecurity in Toronto and across Canada.
“Securing non-profit status allows us to further our commitment to open knowledge exchange, practical innovation, and community building,” said Curtis Collicutt, TAICO Board Chair. “This development will give us the ability to serve the growing AI and cybersecurity ecosystem in Toronto, Ontario, and beyond.”
Founded with a vision to connect practitioners and learners in the AI and cybersecurity space, TAICO focuses on project-based learning and collaboration. The organization’s core programs include regular workshops, training sessions, community meetups, and support for open-source innovation.
